Have a great day!
My journey with weight management has been anything but straightforward. Years ago, after undergoing bariatric surgery, I lost over 100 pounds—but what truly changed my life wasn’t just the number on the scale. It was learning how to build habits that actually last, and discovering that real success comes from consistency, self-compassion, and celebrating every kind of progress.
I’ve experienced the highs of seeing results, the lows of regaining weight, and the daily work it takes to make healthy choices sustainable. Through openly sharing my story on YouTube and social media, I’ve connected with thousands of women who are tired of diets that leave them feeling guilty or defeated. These conversations have shown me that what most of us need isn’t another calorie tracker—it’s a supportive voice that believes in us, even on the tough days.
My Inspired Wellness app and my YouTube channel are the culmination of everything I’ve learned, both from my own transformation and from the incredible women I’ve met along the way. It’s rooted in intuitive eating, gentle habit-building, and the belief that small changes create big results. I wanted to create a space where women feel encouraged, not judged—a place that celebrates every win, whether it’s more energy, better sleep, or simply showing up for yourself.
My hope is that every time you open the app or an email from me, you feel supported and inspired to keep going. You deserve to feel proud of your progress, no matter how it’s measured. You can finally believe: you can do this, one small choice at a time.
